The March 6 Awards event plans to be an unforgettable evening hosted by KROQ’s own Psycho Mike with honors and performances by Melanoid, Soul Hustlers, Best Live Acoustic Winner Billy Kernkamp, The Steelwells, BLOK, Best Live Band Winner Dusty Rhodes and The River Band, and The Dirty Heads. Sugar Ray will accept the Orange County Impact Award, we will share in a very special memorial moment for the artists we’ve lost in 2009 and honor acclaimed music critic and historian Jim Washburn with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Red carpet arrival begins at 7pm. The show starts promptly at 8pm. An after-party moves into the Grove’s Terra Rosa Room at 10pm. Limited tickets are currently available to the public for $25 in advance through the Awards website, Ticketmaster and at the Grove’s box office.
